“When we bought our waterfront home, we realized that we needed a designer to get it right. Thankfully, we hired Gina…her vision and artistic talents transformed our home…and she was wonderful to work with!

After 10 minutes at the house, Gina saw that doubling a doorway would significantly open up both our living and kitchen spaces to create an open space living and access the water view (we would have never seen this). She then worked with the existing cabinets and countertops but saw the opportunity for a huge cooking island to facilitate family cooking. By adding built-in bookshelves around the fireplace, the space became a statement.

In other rooms, she raised the to create a more spacious feeling. And by moving a small laundry room wall, the powder room became a real bathroom.
