Coastal Condo
Downsizing from her home in Virginia to her week end condo in Chesapeake Beach Maryland was a challenge. The main issue was storage. Going from a 4 bedroom home to a 1 bedroom with a den is no easy task. When our client wanted a cohesive coastal look she turned to Fitzsimmons Design for an interior designer. We started with a small project of refreshing the den with paint, carpet and window treatment. Then we went on to building custom made built-ins in the Master Bedroom to hold the TV and added a lot of drawers for clothing storage. The paint, window treatments and bedding completed the Master in a beautiful combination of sea greens and blues. Our subcontractors whipped the condo into shape by finishing the Liv/Dining area with another wall of custom built-ins for the TV, electric fireplace and shelving for all of our client’s prize possessions.
