Ritz Carlton Baltimore
Fitzsimmons Design Associates was awarded the Living Room in the Baltimore Symphony Show House in 2012. The Condo overlooked the Harbor and was very water oriented. It was a large open space with enough room to do two separate groupings. The larger grouping had a wonderful chaise to put your feet up and read a book by the window or catch an old movie on TV by the fire.
The more intimate grouping next to the dining area had two loveseats to have an aperitif before dinner with another couple. It was a cozy area centered on the 5×5 foot oil painting of a scene on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The wall color was a deep rich caramel that provided the perfect background for the eclectic furnishings that we assembled to complete the project.
